My March wellbeing goals 2018

| Rach's Monthly wellbeing goals

I think my wellbeing is very important to help aid my mental health, I like to keep track of my own personal thoughts and feelings. To listen to my body and take time to think about myself. Having two children myself and working I know how difficult this can be.

One thing I have started doing is making a list of goals that I would like to work on monthly. I don’t mean stats and followers, I mean personal goals.

How did February go? Hmmmm, well I now have acrylic nails but, I have learnt how to manage them and shellac them myself so I only need to pay for new acrylics when my acrylics grow out!

This month I am still tackling my indecisiveness from last month. I have a terrible tendency to start something then suddenly decide it’s a bad idea and either stop it or change it.

  • Grow my hair. It is still growing, slowly.
  • Stay positive at work. One word. Maths, it’s my one weakness. I am still embarrassed asking for help. I have asked to change to infants from September, this is my first time in Juniors eek!
  • Embrace change, again a huge confidence thing. I need to embrace Year 5 and see it as a learning curve in my life.
  • Love myself. Yep still working on this one!
  • Remember to be grateful!

Time to kick start changing my fixed mindset into a growth mindset.

What a fantastic idea! Finding time to focus on yourself is so important and yet as you’ve written we actually have to sit down and make the time to do it!

A fab set of goals. Hope you settle into year 5 soon. I hate maths too. If i can’t achieve the sum by counting with my 10 fingers then i’m stuffed

Love the idea of having monthly wellness goals. It is so easy as a working mum to completely forget about yiourself… but I always feel better when I make time for me.

What a great post idea. It is so important to keep track of thoughts and feelings as it helps to keep negativity in check. I too like to set mini, achievable goals throughout the month, it helps me feel like I’m moving forward.
